Car wash was okay. Price is a bit high but you pay for what you get and location is great. Right by the river.
Could not even enter this car wash.... pulled up on the Hoboken side of the car wash which is the entrance... and a huge sign directs you to "enter on Observer Highway". So we drove all the way around the Neumann Leather building only to find the entire sidewalk and DRI at blocked with cars and no way to enter! They will not be getting my business! Stupidity level10 of 10
So job is a job, and if you don't like your job it reflex in his you work, I'm not going to leave a long review so long story short they half assed the wash and wax. Also left my floor mats soaking wet. Lastly, middle finger to the guy who took my nutrigrain bar while vacuuming
Prices listed on sign are incorrect and the staff at the desk is rude. The car wash staff and service are great though. Also they now only take cash which is annoying.
We went to the Hoboken Car Wash with no scratches on our car and left with a very upsetting amount of them. The management was rude and unhelpful. We had to call the police to file a damage report. An exceptionally unpleasant experience that damaged an important piece of our property. DO NOT GO.
